WHY CHOOSE THERAPY?
People choose therapy for many reasons. It is sometimes prompted by a crisis, such as a
bereavement or the breakdown of a relationship, but often it stems from longer-term
issues – such as repeated patterns of negative or emotionally harmful behaviour that can
be difficult to tackle alone. The role of the therapist is to help you with this process.
I am an experienced psychotherapist based in Hammersmith, London W6. I offer a calm,
supportive setting in which we can explore your concerns together. I offer once-weekly
therapy.
My consulting room is set up to follow Covid hygiene guidelines and is spacious and well-
ventilated. However, if you are not comfortable with face-to-face sessions at present, I also
offer sessions by Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.
